What is USHERette?

USHERette was launched for USHER's fifth anniversary in September 2024. It is built on a modular system with an accelerometer and gyroscope, and it connects to the USHER Portal so owners can see how their building responded to shaking.

  • Palm-sized, modular design
  • Accelerometer and gyroscope sensing
  • Cost-effective alternative to ERI Max
  • Designed for residential buildings and smaller structures
  • Discreet wall, ceiling, or structural-element mounting

USHERette or ERI Max?

USHERette is aimed at residential buildings and smaller structures. If your building is one of the types covered by the DPWH earthquake recording instrumentation rules, such as buildings above 50 meters, hospitals, schools, or large commercial buildings, read our ERI guide and confirm the requirements with your Building Official before choosing an instrument.
