Project e-Handa

This seminar-training promotes disaster risk reduction management through the utilization of basic to advanced rapid visual screening based on the DILG’s Infrastructure Audit Manual of 2017.

To promote the DILG’s Infrastructure Audit Manual thru presentations and hands-on training on basic to advanced rapid visual inspection process. Increase the number of capable IA and RVI volunteers in each LGU.

Learning Outcomes per Topic

Learners shall have the ability to understand and apply the infrastructure audit manual to their function as screeners, supervising engineers, and project managers as part of their assigned community’s disaster risk reduction management.

    Notification via mobile for each volunteer with assigned buildings

    Volunteer uses mobile to assess buildings and send report remotely
