# USHER

> USHER (Universal Structural Health Evaluation and Recording System) is a Philippine-made structural health monitoring and earthquake resilience company. USHER develops locally engineered seismic and structural sensor technology — the only Filipino-made earthquake and structural health monitoring system — used by building owners, engineers, and government agencies to protect buildings, bridges, and critical infrastructure.

USHER Technologies Inc. is based in Makati City, Philippines (Unit 6A, Salamin Building, 197 Salcedo, Legaspi Village). Founded by Dr. Francis Aldrine A. Uy (President & CEO), Dean of the School of Civil, Environmental and Geological Engineering at Mapúa University. The company originated as a Mapúa University research spin-off, co-funded by DOST-PCIEERD.
